So, Where's the Mortgage Calculator?
There isn't one here. Why? Because website "mortgage calculators" are generic.You are not generic.
Just as you need a person as a Realtor, you should have personal help with financing your new home... evaluating your individual circumstances, considering the wide range of programs available, and giving advice that's actually relevant to you.
You want to make sure we're looking at the right homes or condos for sale... not just wasting your time looking too high, or missing out by looking too low.
With that caution, here's a Generic Mortgage Calculator.

Visit their websites, but don't do the "apply on-line" thing. Use the site to get to know something about the person and the company... then go directly to the source by phone or eMail... establish a personal contact up front.
