I think I'm the best at what I do. But I also want you to be well served on things I don't do!

I can serve you best in the areas I know best.

My regular real estate stomping grounds are Seattle's West Puget Sound Region, including Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Indianola, Hansville, Silverdale, Bangor, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Seabeck and areas on Hood Canal.

That's all of Kitsap County... plus parts of Mason County and Jefferson County.

I may stray a little if a particular property is of interest to a client whose main focus is on my regular market area.

My regular practice includes houses... both new and resale homes, condominiums and residential land for sale.

Although I was a commercial real estate investor from 1981 to 1988, my work on commercial properties has been limited since then.

Languages

During my lifetime I have studied Russian, German, Latin and Legalese.

But my true functional language is English.
