Buyer Focus...
My main focus is on working as a buyers agent... but I do get listing requests.

Requests...
That's right... my listings generally come from requests. From clients who have a house to sell as they buy a new home, or who have purchased through me, their friends, my friends... even from visitors to this website.

Selective...
Because of my focus, I can be selective about the properties I do list. And in cases where I don't list, I can use my connections with listing-oriented agents to coordinate their listing of my client's property with my helping my client buy a new home.

Limited Direct Inventory...
Obviously, since my focus is not on soliciting listings, my own inventory is usually small... if any at all!

Same Dedication to Service...
You'll find me giving the same individualized service to my sellers as I do to my buyers.
